After reorganizing and renovating its building, with the help of Senator Shelby's office, the Freedom Quilting Bee is once again ready to resume its historic role and move ahead full strength in responding to orders for its products. Recently, two groups of United Methodist Women ordered close to $10,000 in conference bags through RDLN, and we hope to help the Bee develop a steady stream of business in the future.

The Bee was one of four rural women's producer groups involved in RDLN's Rural Women's Product Development and Marketing Venture over ten years ago. Products of the other groups are no longer available.
